In today's newsletter we look at...
  • making the most of interest rate changes and loan management
  • Warren Buffett's two bob's worth on investing
  • creative accounting
  • making sure your mindset and attitude works to your financial favour, and
  • a quote to finish.
Make the most of interest rate changes

It’s easy to be too busy to review our interest rate levels. If it’s been a while, make a call to see if you're still getting the best deal available.

If you don’t think it’s worth your time, remember that converting income to assets is as much about loan management as income generation.
To see how you could benefit, you can use the
Extra Repayment Calculator to see what additional repayments can do for you.

No one gets it right all the time - Buffett's opinion

In this video, Warren Buffett shares some of the principles that have worked for him over the years, while also sharing where he’s gone wrong.

Competition!

There's a new competition open on financial literacy that reveals some interesting statistics on how Australians source financial information and how they feel about their financial literacy levels.

Get four or more right and you're in the draw to win a $100 Westfield voucher. You'll find the competition in the quiz or activities section of The Gym.

A quote to finish...

'There is a very easy way to return from a casino with a small fortune: go there with a large one.' (Jack Yelton)
